How do I use this to tune my sensitivity?
Run a 30-second round at medium targets and note accuracy and average time-to-target. Change one thing -- DPI or in-game sensitivity, not both -- and run it again with the same settings. A real improvement moves both numbers together; faster time with worse accuracy usually means the sensitivity is now too high.
Is a browser aim trainer as good as Aim Lab or KovaaK's?
No, and it isn't trying to be. Those are full 3D trainers with scenarios and tracking. This is a flat, zero-install target test for quick before-and-after comparisons and warm-ups, with the same numbers every time so the comparison is fair.
Why does a miss count against me?
Because it does in a game. Clicks that land on the background are misses, and accuracy is hits divided by all clicks. Spamming the mouse will raise your hit count and destroy your accuracy, which is the point.
Does this work with a controller or on a phone?
It uses the pointer, so a mouse, trackpad, or touch screen all work. Controllers don't drive a pointer in the browser, so use the controller tester for those instead.
