Using this site

TuneMySetup provides free, browser-based hardware tests for informational use. No account or sign-up is required, and there is no charge to use any page on this site.

What a browser test can and can't tell you

These tests report what your browser can observe through its standard device APIs. A passing result means the browser received the expected input; it is not a certification that the hardware is fault-free, and a failing result can have causes outside the device (operating-system settings, permissions, drivers, a browser limitation). Use the results as a first diagnostic step, not as the sole basis for a warranty claim, return, or repair decision.

Hearing and volume

The speaker test plays generated tones. Start at a low volume, especially with headphones. You are responsible for your own volume settings.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of any test or content on this site is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TuneMySetup and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this site or its content.

Advertising

This site may display ads served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising networks. See the Privacy Policy for details on how those networks use cookies and similar technologies.
